Production capacity (million M2)
Since the launch of our factory’s first phase in 2019—with a total investment of 2 billion UAH—our production capacity has grown from 6.3 million m² in 2019 to 9.6 million m² during 2020–2023, reaching 12 million m² in 2024, with ambitious future targets of 15 and 18 million m². Our highly qualified team of professionals and engineers has built state-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced machinery from leading Italian manufacturers such as SACMI™, System, and BMR, while implementing innovative technologies including the Easy Color Boost digital dry coloring system, dry rectification, Super Shine polishing, and the Qualitron quality control scanning system. Key milestones include the 2019 launch of the first phase of the factory, the 2020 introduction of the Continua+ line—with an investment of 12.9 million euros—the 2024 relocation of production from Kalush along with modernization of the Continua+ line, and the planned 2025 launch of line No.7 (Continua+) and furnace No.5 (150 m).
